The Junior Open European Championships in biathlon 2026 will be organised in Imatra, Finland, from 21–25 January 2026.
The Junior European Championships in biathlon (IBU Junior Open European Championships) are the annual major championships for biathletes under the age of 22, organised by the International Biathlon Union (IBU). This year, athletes born in 2005 or later are eligible to compete.
Junior European Championships in Biathlon 2026 – Programme & Schedule
The Junior European Championships in biathlon 2026 will begin in Imatra on Wednesday, 21 January, with the women’s and men’s individual races. On Thursday, the mixed relays will be contested, on Saturday the sprint races, and on Sunday the mass start events.
