The seventh race of the
Ski Classics season 2024-2025 is the classic Jizerská50, also known as Jizerská Padesátka.
The 50 km long race is skied in Bedrichov, Czech Republic on Sunday 9th of February 2025. The race is competed as a mass start in classic tehcnique.
Jizerská50 is one of the largest and most traditional skiing events in Central Europe. In 2025, the competition will be held for the 57th time. Among the competitions in the Ski Classics series, Jizerská50 is the third oldest after
Vasaloppet and
Birkebeinerrennet.
Jizerská50 belongs to the 500-point Grand Classics competitions category of Ski Classics. The winner of the competition will thus be awarded 500 points.
For the only sprint goal in the Jizerská50, full sprint points are awarded to the sprint competition. Full points for the climb competition are guaranteed for two climbing sprint goals.
In 2024 Jizerská50 was cancelled due to lack of snow.
