The traditional invitational biathlon event
World Team Challenge will take place at the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, on 28 December 2025.
The World Team Challenge has been organized since 2002, always after Christmas, at the stadium of the football club Schalke. Over the years, this spectacular stadium event has received widespread praise for its fantastic atmosphere.
The competition is not part of the Biathlon World Cup.
