Decathletes Niklas Kaul & Damian Warner have already broke Budapest World Athletics Championships entry standard.
Athletics World Championships 2025 in Tokyo starts on September 13th. Most of athletes will earn their ticket to Budapest by breaking the entry standard but there is also an other way,
Ranking System, World Rankings.
Athletes will earn ranking points based on their result and place depending on the level of the competitions. For example, winning 100 meters race by result of 10,20 in World Athletics Continental Tour Gold Meeting is more valuable than winning with the same result in WA Continental Tour Silver Meetings because of competitions category rankings.
