European Athletics Indoor Championships 2023 starts in Istanbul, Turkey on 2nd of March. Most of athletes will earn their ticket to Istanbul by breaking the entry standard but there is also another way,

Athletes will earn ranking points based on their result and place depending on the level of the competitions. For example, winning a long jump competition race by result of 8.00 in World Athletics Indoor Tour Silver Meeting is more valuable than winning with the same result in WA Indoor Tour Bronze Meeting because of the competitions category rankings.
