Ruka in Kuusamo, Finland, is a traditional
ski jumping venue and an experienced host in the
FIS Ski Jumping World Cup. Ruka premiered as a world cup host in 1996. From 2002 onwards Ruka has been a regular host in the World Cup.
The Ruka World Cup weekend, called Ruka Nordic, traditionally combines ski jumping,
cross country skiing and nordic combined World Cup events.

The large hill in Ruka that is used in the World Cup competitions has a hill size is 142 metres. Hill record of 147,5 metres is shared by
Stefan Kraft (AUT),
Ryōyū Kobayashi (JPN) and
Karl Geiger (GER).
Ruka Ski Jumping World Cup 2022 - Schedule & timetables
In the season 2022-2023 Ruka will host a men's World Cup weekend in late November. It's the second competition weekend of the world cup season.
The weekend starts off with qualification on Friday, continues on Saturday an individual large hill competition and ends on Sunday with another qualification and an individual large hill competition.
