World Athletics Ultimate Championship 2026: Medal Table

The long-awaited World Athletics Ultimate Championship is finally here. Below you can find a live, up-to-date World Athletics Ultimate Championship medal table for 2026, allowing you to follow which country has the best athletes in 2026.

Unlike at other major competitions, the Ultimate Championship doesn't limit the amount of athletes by country. By doing this the organizers are making sure that all the best athletes in each discipline are allowed to participate.

This of course has massive implications for the medal table, benefiting the countries that produce the most elite athletes. For example, in the women's 200 meters the top four participants by SB come from the United States, and altogether the competition will feature six athletes from Team USA!

Altogether there will be athletes from 65 nations participating in the Ultimate Championship. There are only two relay events where countries compete against each other, which are the 4x100m & 4x400m mixed relayes.
