The ninth and tenth races of the 2023-2024 Ski Classics series will be skied in Sweden's Orsa Grönklitt. See the competition schedule, startlists, prize money and results.
The 2023-2024 season of the
Ski Classics marathon skiing series continues Orsa Grönklitt, Sweden on the February 17th-18th 2024 with two races. On the opening day on Saturday, the 60 km long Grönklitt Classic will be contested as a mass start race in classic technique.
On Sunday, it's time for an individual 13 km (c) time trial Grönklitt Itt, which is contested as an interval start.
Grönklitt Classic belongs to the 200 point competition category of the Ski Classics. The winner of the competition will thus be awarded 200 points. In total, points are awarded to the best 60 finishers.
For the only sprint finish in the Classic Criterium, full sprint points are awarded to the sprint competition, and from the only climbing finish, 100% points are awarded for the climb competition.
The winner of Grönklitt Itt gets 100 points for the overall competition and points are distributed to the best 40 finishers. Grönklitt Itt's sprint and climb finishes give 50% points.
