Ramsau in Austria hosts a women's
FIS Ski Jumping World Cup event in mid December 2021. Ramsau is not a regular host in the ski jumping World Cup and it's better known for hosting nordic combined events. In the ski jumping world cup schedule Ramsau has been included three times before in 1998, 2012 and 2020.
In 1999 Ramsau hosted the
FIS Ski World Championships but only one of the ski jumping events was held in Ramsau as the venue has no large hill. The large hill individual and team events were organized in Bischofshofen.
The normal hill in Ramsau is called
W90-Mattensprunganlage. It has a hill size is 98 metres. Hill record of 101 metres is held by Japan's
Daito Takahashi.
Ramsau Ski Jumping World Cup 2021 - Schedule & timetables
In the season 2021-2022 Ramsau will host a single women's World Cup event in mid December.
The event starts off with qualification on Thursday the 16th and continues on Friday the 17th with the individual normal hill competition.
