World #1 knocked out in another big upset at snooker's English Open

The snooker English Open has begun with some massive upsets. In the afternoon sessions today Neil Robertson suffered a 1st round defeat to Luo Zetao, who's ranked just 117th in the world, and the surprises didn't stop there.

In the evening matches world number one Zhao Xintong was forced suffer a defeat at the hands of Oliver Lines, who is currently ranked 52nd in the world. Lines played the match of his life in many ways, controlling the game throughout to seal a memorable 4-2 victory.

It wasn't as if China's first snooker world champion didn't show up, as Zhao managed to collect two century breaks of 102 & 100 in his two frame victories.

- (Against Zhao) You're always a bit worried, since whenever you fail to make a pot or play a bad safety, you know that a player like him will likely punish you and take the frame.

- However, tonight I managed to stay collected, so that of course felt good, Lines told TNT Sports following his big upset.
